·注油器：整個(gè)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的重要的部件，美GuoPremier公司是全球早生產(chǎn)盒式注油器的廠*之，產(chǎn)品被全球絕大多數(shù)知名壓縮機(jī)廠*采用。Premier的注油器自帶減速機(jī)構(gòu)，客戶可以根據(jù)自己的需要選擇驅(qū)動(dòng)方式、減速比、油盒大小和單泵的數(shù)量。
·分配器：分配器由標(biāo)有數(shù)值和字母的各個(gè)分配閥組成，少需要三個(gè)分配塊。其特點(diǎn)為各個(gè)出油口的潤(rùn)滑油排量按照標(biāo)定數(shù)值比例分配到每個(gè)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)上，可以根據(jù)需要靈活組合閥塊的數(shù)量，整個(gè)分配器上油路相同，有個(gè)閥塊不能工作的話其它所有的閥塊都不能工作，便于集中控制。
·過濾器：通常有兩次過濾，在潤(rùn)滑油進(jìn)注油器前使用個(gè)粗過濾器，和在進(jìn)分配器前用個(gè)高壓過濾器。
·無油流開關(guān)：用來探知分配器的柱塞運(yùn)動(dòng)情況來探知系統(tǒng)的油流情況，通常的為無油流兩分鐘報(bào)警，也有58秒、3分鐘的無油流報(bào)警。
·單向閥：常用的單向閥有單球和雙球的單向閥。
·油位開關(guān)：用來檢測(cè)油箱里油位的高低。
·驅(qū)動(dòng)方式: 可以選擇外用電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)或使用壓縮機(jī)本身曲軸帶動(dòng)。

Digital No-Flow Timer (DNFT)
The Revolutionary Digital No-Flow Timer for Compressor Lube Systems
DNFT performs monitoring and shutdown functions like No-Flow, Low-Flow or Excessive-Flow for Divider-Block
Lubrication
Systems. The DNFT is a totally enclosed solid state electronic device for detecting Slow-Flow and No-Flow on in-line
progressive
lubrication systems. The Digital No-Flow Timer incorporates a crystal oscillator to accurately monitor the cycle time
of the
lubrication system enabling precision timed shutdown capability. An internal Lithium battery powers it, which is easily
replaceable.
The Digital No-Flow Timer is an ISO 9001 certified product and the ISO certification can be viewed here. All Digital
No-Flow
Timers also come with a 3 year warranty.
